Care Management Associates (CMA)

Care Management Associates, the private-pay division of CCCI, provides private pay care management throughout Connecticut and companion-homemaker services.

What We Do

Professionally trained nurses and social service care managers help families meet the multiple and varied needs of elders and individuals with disabilities. Our Personal Assistants provide a comprehensive array of companion-homemaker services.

Care Managers

• Visit clients and families at home
  
• Assess client and family needs
  
• Work with clients and families to develop a personalized plan of care
  
• Link clients and families to needed services
  
• Work closely with professionals such as attorneys, financial planners, and trust officers whose clients need assistance
  
• Monitor care and handle problems encountered along the way
  
• Provide professional objectivity and expert testimony in probate court
  

Personal Assistants

• Provide transportation and run errands
  
• Prepare meals
  
• Do housekeeping, laundry, and chores

• Offer companionship and socialization
