Events Committees

CCCI sponsors a number of different special events each year. Volunteers are sought to help plan and implement these events, some of which are fundraisers to benefit clients and various programs. Funds Development Committee

The Funds Development Committee, a standing committee of the Board of Directors, meets monthly plan and set direction and implement efforts to attract funds that CCCI needs to carry out its mission.

Basic responsibilities:

• Attend meetings of the committee and come prepared to discuss agenda items
  
• Lend personal expertise and experience
  
• Ensure a realistic appraisal for potential support, realistic goals and an adequate budget to achieve goals
  
• Develop plans and strategies to achieve goals
  
• Provide and help secure volunteer leadership to carry out plans
  
• Select and help cultivate prospects
  
• Evaluate performance of efforts
  
• Report on activities
