Last year CCCI served nearly 10,000 elderly clients, individuals with disabilities and their families in 124 Connecticut towns through the Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders and many other statewide through our private division, Care Management Associates.

In recent years, more than $250,000 in charitable care, not covered by public programs or not affordable by clients or families was provided thanks to generosity of friends who supported the Annual Appeal. With your ongoing support we’ll continue to work cost-effectively, saving Connecticut and its taxpayers millions of dollars annually while avoiding premature nursing home placement.

Endow Your Annual Gift
Consider making a provision in your will to provide CCCI with income into perpetuity that will help sustain clients or a special program for clients in the future.

A bequest of $5,000 will perpetuate an annual gift of $250
A bequest of $10,000 will perpetuate an annual gift of $500
A bequest of $20,000 will perpetuate an annual gift of $1,000
