(Bristol, CT) -- Connecticut attorneys have chosen Connecticut Community Care, Inc. (CCCI) and its private division, Care Management Associates (CMA), one of “The Best” in home care. CCCI is the bronze winner in the home care category in a survey conducted by the Connecticut Law Tribune.

“We are very pleased to be recognized for our home care services by attorneys who participated in the Connecticut Law Tribune’s 2009 survey,” said Molly Rees Gavin, CCCI president.

Our care managers help family members concerned about aging parents and individuals with disabilities. CMA also assists attorneys, probate judges, physicians, bank trust officers and financial planners working with elderly clients to find the resources they need to live independently at home.

CCCI is a private, nonprofit care management organization that identifies choices and provides services to help people of all ages, abilities and incomes to live at home. CCCI serves more than 12,000 clients and their families each year as an access agency to the CT Home Care Programs in 124 towns in the North Central, Northwest and Eastern regions of the state. CMA serves those who do not qualify for state funded programs on a fee-for-services basis.
